Shipping & Returns
Return & Exchange Policy
Morninglam cannot accept returns unless the item(s) arrives damaged or defective. Item(s) must be unopened, in its original condition and packaging for returns within 5 days of purchase. We do not offer exchanges for any pieces.
Items that are NOT eligible for return:
- All earrings.
- All Handmade items (Beaded necklaces, bracelets, rings, custom made items)
- On sale items.
If the wrong item is shipped to you by mistake, your returned item(s) will be shipped at no cost.
If the item(s) arrived defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days from the day you received your item(s).
All returns must be:
- Have no sign of wear or damage.
- In its original condition with original packaging and boxes (pouches).
Please return your order back to us in its original condition with no signs of wear or damage, and in its original packaging(box and pouches included).
Morninglam has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers if the returned item does not meet above guidelines.
It takes up to 5-10 business days to process your return. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation notice of the return.
Purchases & Orders
Costumers must provide accurate information of his/her transactions. If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Morninglam is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address. Once your order is confirmed, we are not obligated to make any changes or cancellations.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and may subject to delays during holiday seasons, new releases, and promotional sale events. Costumed items may take up to 5-8 days for order processing. Please note that order
processing time is not the same as shipping.
MorninGlam reserve the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:
- Inaccuracy of inventory.
- Incorrect shipping information.
- Incorrect payment information.
- Suspected fraudulent activities.
MorninGlam provide a warranty within 30 days of your delivery date for damaged items, which does not apply to items that have tarnished due to exposure of water. Warranty does not apply to on sale items.
Shipping & Delivery
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number once their order has been shipped. Once the items leave our warehouse, Morninglam is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not able to expedite delivery once the item is with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once items have left our warehouse, we are not responsible for items lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier. This does not happen often, we always pack our items with love and care. But if you are concerned, we recommend to choose “Priority Mail” at check out as insurance goes up to $50 value of goods is covered.
We would appreciate that everyone double check when entering the correct address at Checkout. Morninglam is not obligate to re-send the order to the correct address, it will be at your own expense. If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP.
